It's an open-source workflow tool. The flows are visual, so they're easy to read and change later, and it can run on your own server, so data doesn't leave. For complex work we write custom code.
Almost any system with an API: accounting and e-invoicing, e-commerce, CRM, email, WhatsApp, Google and Microsoft tools. If there's no API, we connect through the database or files.
We add error handling and alerts to every flow. If a step fails, the right person is notified and the work doesn't get lost silently.
We look at how often the work is done and how long it takes. If the savings don't cover the setup cost, we'll tell you plainly.
We grant access only with the permissions needed; if you prefer, we run the flows on your own server.
Yes. We document the flows and update them when your process changes.
