NOW TAKING ON NEW PROJECTS

MOBILE APPS

The app yourcustomers openevery day.

We design and build iOS and Android apps for customers, staff or managers, publish them on the App Store and Google Play, and keep them up to date afterwards.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

Which of these sounds familiar?

A request for a mobile app usually comes from something missing. Here are the things we hear most often and what we do for each.

“My customers should be able to find us on their phones.”

01Customer app

Bookings, orders, loyalty points or campaigns: we move what your customers do with you onto their phones. Notifications bring them back, and they can pay without leaving the app.

  • Sign-up and login
  • Bookings, orders, loyalty
  • Push notifications
  • In-app payments
  • Campaign and coupon screens
Example: Bella Studio In development

“My field team reports their work on paper and over the phone.”

02Staff & field app

Task lists, photo reports, signatures and location in one app. It works where there's no signal and syncs to head office once the connection is back.

  • Task and work order list
  • Photos, signatures and notes
  • Location and time logging
  • Offline mode
  • Role-based screens
Example: Assisto360 / AssistOPOS In development

“I want to keep an eye on the business from my phone.”

03Owner & manager app

Revenue, branch status, pending approvals and alerts come straight to your phone. You can make decisions without sitting down at a computer.

  • Live revenue and summaries
  • Branch comparison
  • Approval and leave flows
  • Critical alerts
  • Views based on permissions
Example: Assisto360 / AssistOPOS In development

“We have a website, and now we want an app for it.”

04Bringing an existing system to mobile

We connect the app to the system behind your website or software. Users log in with the same account on both, and the data stays in one place. If there's no API to connect to, we write that too.

  • API design and development
  • Shared accounts and sessions
  • Same data as the web
  • Push notification infrastructure
  • Admin panel connection

“We have an app, but it keeps crashing and getting bad reviews.”

05Takeover & improvement

We review an app another team built, find what's causing the crashes and slowness, and fix things in order of priority. If parts have aged badly, we rewrite them.

  • Code and architecture review
  • Crash and error tracking
  • Performance improvements
  • Platform updates
  • Step-by-step renewal plan
More: Maintenance & support service

“We don't know how to get the app into the stores.”

06App Store & Google Play release

We run the release process, from developer accounts and store listings to privacy forms and review correspondence. For our own apps we prepared store copy and screenshots in 16 to 18 languages.

  • Developer account setup
  • Store copy and screenshots
  • Privacy and data safety forms
  • Multilingual store listing
  • Following the review process
Example: Arrow Knots In review

WHAT WE CAN DO

The six layers of an app.

Users only see the screen. Underneath are layers from the user flow to the store listing, and the same team builds all of them.

  1. 01

    Screen flow

Why will people open the app, and what steps will they take to get their task done? We map the flow screen by screen.

  2. 02

    Interface design

Screens that follow iOS and Android conventions, plus a clickable prototype. We get your approval before writing code.

  3. 03

    App code

One codebase for both platforms: Flutter or React Native (Expo). Native modules for device-specific work like the camera or Bluetooth.

  4. 04

    Backend & API

The server side for users, data and files, and a web panel where you manage the app.

  5. 05

    Notifications & offline

Push notifications, background sync and screens that work without an internet connection.

  6. 06

    Store & analytics

Store listing, release management, crash reports and usage analytics.

PROCESS

Idea to Launch
in Four Steps

You see what we're doing at every step. No surprises, a clear timeline.

Let's Start Your Project
//01

Discovery & Scope

Together we pin down the need, the target user and what success looks like, then put the scope and timeline in writing.

//02

Design & Architecture

We plan the screen flows, the interface and the technical architecture, and we don't start coding until you approve them.

//03

Build & Test

We ship working versions at short intervals, test every step and show it to you.

//04

Launch & Support

We take it live, or onto the App Store, Google Play or Steam, and keep maintaining and improving it.

GETTING STARTED

What do we need?

From you

Not all of it is required; we fill the gaps together.

  • An intro call to tell us what problem the app should solve
  • Your logo and brand colors, if you have them
  • Apps you like, or competitor apps
  • Access to the system it should connect to (website, software), if any
  • Apple Developer and Google Play accounts (we help you open them)
  • One person who can make decisions

From us

What you'll have at handover.

  • A clear proposal with scope, timeline and price
  • Screen flow and a clickable prototype
  • iOS and Android app
  • Backend and admin panel, if needed
  • Store copy, screenshots and release
  • Version updates after launch

FAQ

Common Questions

Usually we ship to both platforms from one codebase (Flutter or React Native). If something needs device-specific work, we write that part natively.

Yours. The Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts are opened in your company's name, and we help with the setup.

Apple and Google decide that. We reduce the risk of rejection by preparing what they ask for up front, such as privacy texts, screenshots and a test account.

Depending on what you need. The same team builds the web panel where you manage users, content and orders.

Yes. We connect the app to your existing system's API, so the same account works on both. If there's no API, we write it.

Yes. iOS and Android release new versions every year, and the stores update their rules too. With a maintenance agreement we keep the app compatible with these changes.
