This information notice has been prepared under Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, to inform people who visit the assistotech.com website and who contact us.
1. Data controller
Your personal data is processed by ASSİSTO BİLİŞİM SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("AssistoTech", the "Company", "we") as the data controller.

2. Personal data we process
The website has no membership, payment or sales. The data we process is limited to what you send us of your own accord and what is technically required for the site to work:

Please do not share special categories of personal data (health, religion, biometric data, etc.) in your message or in any file you attach.
3. Purposes of processing
- Responding to your request, question or quote request
- Defining the project scope, preparing a quote and conducting pre-contract discussions
- Communicating with you
- Keeping the site and the contact form secure, and preventing misuse and unsolicited submissions (spam)
- Fulfilling our legal obligations and responding to requests from competent authorities
- Protecting our rights in the event of a dispute
4. Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed on the following grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK:
- (c) Processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract: quotes and pre-contract discussions.
- (ç) Processing is necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligation.
- (e) Processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right.
- (f) Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject: responding to your request, site security and spam prevention.
5. Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically, by partly automated and automated means, through the contact form on the website, email, phone and WhatsApp. Transaction security data is generated automatically by the server infrastructure when you visit the site.
6. Transfer of personal data
Within Türkiye: Your personal data may be transferred to competent public institutions and organizations upon request and within the scope of our legal obligations, and to our legal and financial advisors where necessary.
Abroad: Messages and attachments you send through the contact form are forwarded to our company mailbox via our email delivery provider Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). The fonts used on the site are loaded from Google Fonts (Google LLC), and the map on the contact page is loaded from Google Maps; in doing so, your browser sends your IP address and browser information to Google. These transfers are carried out in accordance with the conditions and procedures set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
7. Retention period
We keep your personal data until your request has been resolved, and after that only for as long as required by the relevant legislation or for potential disputes. When this period ends, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized. If a business relationship is established, the relevant data is kept for the periods required by contract and tax legislation.
8. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
By applying to our Company, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information about the processing if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data has been transferred,
- Request correction if the data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- Request deletion or destruction of the data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- Request that the correction, deletion and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- Object to a result against you arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Claim compensation for damage you suffer as a result of unlawful processing.
9. How to apply
You can submit requests regarding your rights, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller:
- In writing with a wet signature, by hand or by post, to Denizköşkler Mah. Ferah Çıkmazı Sk. No: 2 İç Kapı No: 1, Avcılar / İstanbul, or
- By email to developer@assistotech.com from the email address you have previously given us and that is registered in our system.
Your application must include your first and last name, your Turkish ID number (for foreign nationals, your nationality and passport number), your address for notifications, your email address and phone number if any, and the subject of your request.
We will resolve your application free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
