This Privacy Policy explains how ASSİSTO BİLİŞİM SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("AssistoTech", "we") collects, uses and shares your personal information through the assistotech.com website (the "Site") and when you contact us. Detailed information for visitors in Türkiye is provided in the KVKK Privacy Notice.
Our own products and games (e.g. mobile games, SaaS panels) have their own privacy policies; when you use those products, the policy of the relevant product applies.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in the contact form or reach us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive your name, email address, message and any file you attach, and, if you share them in your message, your phone number and company details.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our server infrastructure may keep your IP address, browser and device information, the page you visited and the time of access as technical logs. To protect the contact form from misuse, your IP address is held in memory for a short time (one minute).
What we don't collect. The Site has no membership, payments, analytics or ad tracking. We do not build visitor profiles.
How we use information

- To keep the Site secure and block unsolicited submissions
- To meet our legal obligations and protect our rights
We do not send you marketing emails or SMS unless you ask us to.
Who we share information with
- Service providers. The server provider that hosts the Site; Resend, which forwards form messages to our mailbox; Google Fonts, which provides the fonts on the Site; and Google Maps, which provides the map on the contact page. These providers use the information only to provide their service.
- Competent authorities. When there is a legal requirement or a competent authority requests it.
- Advisors. Our lawyers and accountants, when a legal or financial matter requires it.
- Corporate transactions. In a merger, transfer or similar transaction, to the extent the transaction requires.
We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep your information until your request has been resolved, and after that only for as long as needed for legal obligations or potential disputes; we then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
- To access your information or ask for it to be corrected or deleted, you can write to developer@assistotech.com.
- Filling in the contact form is not mandatory; however, if you don't give us any information, we cannot reply to your request.

Other websites
The Site contains links to the App Store, Google Play, Steam, our social media accounts and our products' websites. We are not responsible for the practices of those sites; we recommend that you read their own privacy policies.
Security
Our Site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and only authorized members of our team can access form data. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
International transfers
Our company is based in Türkiye. Some of the service providers listed above (Resend, Google) process information on servers outside Türkiye. These transfers are made in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK and, to the extent applicable, the GDPR.
Children
The Site is not designed for people under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, please write to us and we will delete it.
Visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom
AssistoTech is the data controller for the processing covered by this Policy. We process your information to respond to your request and take pre-contract steps (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), on the basis of our legitimate interest for Site security and communication (Art. 6(1)(f)), and for our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)). You can write to us to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
Changes
We may update this Policy. When we do, we will update the date at the top of the page.
