WHAT DO YOU NEED?
Infrastructure usually gets attention only when something breaks. Here is what we hear most often, before and after things break.
“Our data is scattered and nobody knows what's where.”
We fit your business data into the right tables, relationships and rules. The same information isn't stored in two places, reports come out consistent, and adding new features gets easier.
“Our server keeps crashing.”
We set up your applications in Docker containers, isolated from each other and easy to restart. If one service crashes, it recovers on its own without affecting the others.
“We're not sure whether we have backups.”
We back up the database and files regularly to a location separate from the server. Taking backups isn't enough, so we regularly test restoring them too.
“Our app has slowed down and pages keep loading.”
We find slow queries and bottlenecks by measuring. We speed the system up with indexes, query fixes, caching and background jobs, and show you in numbers what improved and by how much.
“We need to move from the old system to a new one.”
We clean and transform the records in your old database and move them into the new structure. We rehearse the migration beforehand and keep downtime to a minimum.
“We upload files to the server by hand with every update.”
We set up a pipeline where code pushed to the repository is tested and deployed on its own. A bad release can be rolled back in one click, and nobody copies files to the server by hand.

A personal ERP for freelance developers and small teams that brings tasks, projects, calendar, time tracking and an AI assistant into one place.

A sales engine that runs lead discovery, personalized email, reply tracking and meeting scheduling in a single flow.

FAQ
It depends on your needs and budget. For most projects, a virtual server rented from a provider and managed with Docker and Coolify is enough and cost-effective.
Somewhere separate from the server. Taking backups isn't enough; we also test restoring them regularly.
We rehearse the migration beforehand and run it at a time that keeps downtime to a minimum. If needed, the old and new systems run side by side for a while.
We move personal data over encrypted connections, limit access by permission, and mask data such as card numbers. If servers outside Turkey will be used, we discuss it up front.
Yes, where it fits. Assisto One runs on Supabase; for projects that need more control, we set up our own PostgreSQL server.
